The biggest advantage this model has over the One or One SL is that the Era 100 has an input so you can plug a turntable in and connect your vinyl to the rest of your Sonos system. The microphone and voice control is manually defeatable so you can choose if you want to use this feature or not. You are also gaining Bluetooth connectivity so you can choose if you want to use the speaker with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. We had a good listen side by side to the previous generation and the Era 100 is definitely worth the upcharge!
